Tadasana Cosmetics Return Policy

 

At Tadasana Cosmetics, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products and customer satisfaction. In the event that you receive a damaged or used product, we are committed to making things right.

 

Eligibility for Return:

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

- The product must be damaged or used upon receipt to qualify for a return.

 

Return Process:

1.  Report the Issue: On the same day of delivery, please send a photo of the damaged or used product to info@tadasanacosmetics.com.

2. Review and Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your claim and, if approved, will provide further instructions for the return process.

3. Return and Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Important Notes:

- Returns are not accepted for reasons other than receiving a damaged or used product.

- Failure to provide photographic evidence on the same day of delivery will result in the return claim being denied.
